Time to load up the bus.
Uncle Ben and Dawit are most helpful…
…thank you, gentlemen!
Uncle Jake and David;
two smiles that are contagious!
The team went on a beautiful hike along the Kalhaven Trail.
The boys even picked a small bouquet of flowers
and berries for Auntie Becca. How sweet.
David’s first s’more!
He loved making them almost as much as eating them!
When in Michigan, one must have fun at the lake!
This knotted bracelet was given to the
Ethiopian children back in November of 2012.
The knots symbolized each of the kiddos
who were to come on this years’ HLF tour
and encouraged the children to continue to pray for them.
Now it symbolizes God’s faithfulness and answer to prayer!
Auntie Zeli found a book on Mother Teresa,
and took a moment to talk to the children about her life.
“Let no one ever come to you without
leaving better and happier.
Be living expression of God’s kindness:
kindness in your face,
kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile.”
– Mother Teresa
