FAQ

The His Little Feet International Children’s Choir, consisting over the years of orphaned and previously orphaned children from China, Ethiopia, Haiti, Honduras, India, Kenya, South Korea and the United States, travels the United States, being the voice for orphaned and vulnerable children worldwide. The tour encourages people to respond through various national organizations associated with His Little Feet by sponsoring, going overseas to serve orphaned and vulnerable children, and adopting.
Each live performance event includes powerful testimonies from the children’s life experiences, several songs in both English as well as in the children’s native tongues, mixed with a culturally unique, worshipful, Gospel-centered message.
His Little Feet International Children’s Choir is comprised of a hand-selected group of children, ages 6-12, from around the globe. Over the years the choir has consisted of orphaned and previously orphaned children from China, Ethiopia, Haiti, Honduras, India, Kenya, South Korea and the United States. All of the children in the choir have lost or been abandoned by one or both of their biological parents due to preventable disease, extreme poverty, lack of clean water, HIV/AIDS, tribal warfare or even death. Today, all of the children now come from loving environments where they are nurtured, fed, sheltered, clothed and educated. Although each of these children have faced tremendous challenges in their young lives, today they represent hope. Each one of these children have a powerful testimony of being rescued and given hope. The confidence the children gain from their experience with His Little Feet strengthens, encourages and equips them to become future leaders in their communities around the world.
At the end of the choir tour, all of the international choir participants return to their home country, where their individual mental, physical, spiritual and overall personal needs are attended to, moving their lives in a positive direction for the future.
The His Little Feet selection committee, coupled with His Little Feet’s international partners who know and work with the children on a daily basis in the children’s home country, select the children and chaperones for the program. His Little Feet also works alongside of the government branches in each country for approval and support through the selection process and beyond. The mental, physical and emotional stability of each participant are taken into high consideration during the selection process. All participants being considered by His Little Feet are asked if they want to be a part of the program or not. Once selected, the participants get to be part of a culturally unique presentation and experience, while at the same time, impacting others in need around the world.
The children are between the ages of 6 and 13 years old.

Churches, schools and other organizations provide for the ongoing support of His Little Feet programs in the United States and abroad. His Little Feet seeks out projects around the world to assist children in need.Individuals, groups and/or churches who attend His Little Feet tour events are asked to consider committing to sponsoring a child in need, going on an international trip to serve orphaned and vulnerable children or giving a child in need a forever family.

His Little Feet is unable to and does not facilitate adoptions for the children in the choir. However, His Little Feet does believe in adoption…that every child who needs a family deserves a family…whether adoption takes place in the child’s country of origin or in another country. If you are interested in adopting a child that needs a family, His Little Feet can refer you to a licensed adoption agency that has hundreds of children ready to be adopted, ensuring that any family interested in adoption can be led through all legal procedures and guidelines properly.

Please keep in mind that while adoption is an option for some families, after the adoption screening process, not all families are able to adopt. His Little Feet encourages those unable to adopt to prayerfully consider helping another family adopt a child by giving financially to an adoptive family in need.

At the conclusion of each year’s tour, His Little Feet works alongside their international partners and/or custodial caregivers to attend to the personal future needs of each participant. His Little Feet believes that the confidence the children gain from their experience in the United States will give them the desire to become future leaders in their communities.
