Favorite Memory with His Little Feet:
Watching the first His Little Feet choir from Haiti arrive to the United States. The excitement as the plane touched down at the airport was incredible, and seeing the joy in the kids’ faces is something I’ll never forget.

Favorite Memory with His Little Feet:
I will never forget the last day of the first HLF choir tour, as Mike and I witnessed the Haitian choir children arrive home to Haiti. Tears fell down my face as we drove onto the orphanage campus and the children at Danita’s Children welcomed their brothers and sisters home. There was cheering, celebration and the teens from the orphanage played “God Bless America” on their trumpets to welcome the choir children home. The whole moment took my breath away, as I was so thankful for such an incredible close to the first season of His Little Feet.

Favorite Memory with His Little Feet: One day the HLF team was able to ride a ferry boat up to the base of Niagara Falls. With water pounding around us and the mist falling like rain, it was one of many special and memorable moments we were able to experience with the His Little Feet team.

My favorite memory with His Little Feet is every year at Christmas time when we are all together in Colorado. Making and decorating cookies, stringing popcorn and cranberries, singing Christmas Carols, Christmas Eve worship services and Christmas Day!

Favorite Memory with His Little Feet: We hosted the first HLF children's choir from Haiti at our church in CA and had two of the little girls stay at our house. After we later moved to Haiti to become missionaries, we ended up housing and caring long term for these same 2 girls. Seeing the connection God made back in Haiti and how He had woven their stories into our family story blessed me incredibly!!

Favorite Memory with His Little Feet: A favorite memory of mine was being able to host two of the children in my home. I loved seeing them at my dinner table and learning more about the girls on a deeper level. These are priceless memories for our entire family!

Favorite Memory:
A favorite HLF memory of mine was seeing our boys, Detcho and Nahagi, get up on stage and sing with Christa and the choir. Our two boys are past choir members and the impact HLF has had on their life is incredible. Seeing them being reunited on stage was emotional for many reasons and is a huge reason why we decided to serve alongside HLF.

Favorite Memory: We got the privilege of hosting the HLF choir for Thanksgiving in 2017. Hearing what each child's answer to "What am I thankful for," spending extra time with them, and seeing their eyes light up at the two large turkeys (which the Indian children called "elephant chickens," were memories I'll never forget.

My husband and I were privileged to go to Ethiopia and meet the children and chaperone from the 2011-2012 choir and prepare to travel to the United States. It was a joy to meet them and to see them in their environment.

Favorite Memory with His Little Feet:
My memories are numerous, but the one that always stands out is the day we all went to Rocky Mountain National Park to play in the snow and then back to Ft. Collins to go roller skating - a non-stop, heart warming time. When we finished, we enjoyed hamburgers at Good Times and one of the choir kids literally fell asleep sitting up. A day filled with so many special blessings and joy!
