Financial Commitment
His Little Feet is a 501(c)(3) Organization #27-1258258 (Colorado nonprofit corporation - IRS exempt approval in process). We commit to upholding the highest level of financial integrity with all gifts given to the organization. We believe that it is our responsibility to be good stewards of each dollar given, in order that the final outcome of the gift accomplishes the overall purpose of the organization. All gifts, minus the amount of any product received, are tax deductible as permitted by IRS regulations. Gifts designated for specific purposes are used as designated.

His Little Feet annual expenses include: international travel for the children and staff to and from the United States; passport & visa fees; staff & caregivers; transportation; educational expenses; legal fees; health care; food; clothing; and housing.

Donation Refund Policy
If you change your mind about contributing to His Little Feet for any reason, the organization is happy to honor your decision, as long as you request a refund within 14 days of the date on which you made the contribution.
To request a refund, email info@hislittlefeet.org or call 866-252-2988. Refunds will be issued as either a credit to the credit card used for the original contribution, or by check issued by His Little Feet, if the item was paid to His Little Feet with a check or cash.
