Throughout the time the children are in the United States, His Little Feet strives on a daily basis to:
- build up the children in truth
- teach and model healthy behavioral and social skills
- honorably and safely direct and emphasis good character traits and choices
- cultivate strong character traits, valuing each child as an individual
- invest time in leadership skill training
- expose the children to great heroes of the past and present
- teach and have the children experience how to have good social skills
- encourage the children to dream
- show the children how to positively impact others through loving and serving others
